Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I never suggest anyone to join because of their bad culture. Very worst HR rules. No weekly off or national holiday. Attendance of all staff including Sr. PM is monitored through Biometric system installed at Site. Working hours are of 12 hours. 11 hour attendance at site will be treated as half day attendence. There is no provision of deduction of PF, ESIC & other employees welfare scheme. Director Mr. Bhavesh Patel is a non technical person & unable to understand the site requirements. PPE KIt also not provided to employees. Salary holds for one & half months without any reason. Hence, I discontinued my service after 3 months with a bad experience.
