Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I did not like their interview process. There is no update from anyone until I asked after the interview. Really did not understand what skills were they looking for. They gave so much hype to the glide program which has no weightage. It is all drama, I would suggest not to trust their glide program. Its only for their marketing and show offs. They are not at all in sync with anything they do. The panel just waits to see how can the candidate be not selected who come through glide.
