Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I applied through Internshala for Bizense. So 1st step is to fill up your resume with appropriate details and about your achievements and experience. I got shortlisted based on my resume as well as the solution to " what makes you join the company" I got a call back for the 2nd round of telephonic interview.
Tips: Make sure the resume is clear, concise and up to date. Try to get maximum points out of 100 on your resume. When the question of what makes you join the company arises, make sure you write about your skills, ability, attitude towards learning new things, your past experience and most importantly write about the company and what attracted you to apply for it. Very important to RESEARCH about the company before filling out the form.

Round: Telephonic interview
Experience: I got a call back for the 2nd round of Telephonic Interview where they asked me what I know about the company, my job profile and requirements, if I'm comfortable working at the specified timings and the location, technical skills regarding marketing and customer service, their expectations and mine as well. When we both reached to a mutual consent, I got selected for the internship. However, for a full time job there is a much longer process.
