Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Understand that this is a consulting firm, but the kind of questions that were asked were just so bad. When I applied on the website, why were you concerned about when is my promotion cycle, etc. If the company is reaching out to me directly, it’s understood you may want to clarify such things, but if I am applying directly on the website, I understand all these things. With more than 10 years experience, do not expect the candidate to behave like a fresher who will switch jobs so frequently. Proves that Horrible policies exist at the company.

Hi all,
I recently applied for the role Java software engineer in Zemoso through linkedin and was contacted by their HR for completion of coderbyte test. The role mentioned in that mail is for Senior Software Engineer. Cleared that and completed technical interview also last week. Now got a video interview invitation from flocareer for Zemoso with role as Backend Developer(Java) CCed with same HR who contacted me.I am confused now.
