Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Understand that this is a consulting firm, but the kind of questions that were asked were just so bad. When I applied on the website, why were you concerned about when is my promotion cycle, etc. If the company is reaching out to me directly, it’s understood you may want to clarify such things, but if I am applying directly on the website, I understand all these things. With more than 10 years experience, do not expect the candidate to behave like a fresher who will switch jobs so frequently. Proves that Horrible policies exist at the company.

Is transitioning from a Full Stack to Cloud Architect or DevOps role good idea?
I have completed 9.3 yrs of exp now. All these years I have worked on developing full stack web apps and websites. Worked little on cloud in deployment. I don’t have that patience or interest anymore of learning, practising DSA for interviews for software engineering or full stack roles. I am tired of it. Can’t take the stress any more of performing in pair-coding test platforms. My intuition now says I should try shifting completely towards DevOps or Cloud Architect roles. Am I thinking right?
