Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was one hour long interview by the construction head. He dig deep out of the candidate. The interviewer didnt ask me much questions from estimation and costing but from execution related activities. He skipped digging for those questions which I answered correctly. I started getting nervous and started loosing hope. I prepared alot and could have cracked it. Despite having another offer in hand, I wanted to work in Godrej as it provide you the opportunity for long term relation. I was devastated that I was rejected. The guilt is killing me.
Prepare for the interview based on the type of requirement, not according to your past experience.
