Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The whole thing was bizzare. First two rounds happened within a week and then the throes round happened after two months. Then they called me to ask salary expectations and notice period. After another week I just got an automated email that I was not selected. Highly unprofessional.

Why so many recruiters are bad at their jobs?
It happens to me a lot. I get an email from a recruiter with just the job title and description. I replied, "Thanks, can you tell me the company name and salary?" Most of the time they tell me. But sometimes, they say things like, "It's a company in banking." I ask again, "Which company? And how much will they pay?" Why is it so hard for them to give me this simple information? And their follow-up is terrible. They don't even remember our conversation. It's ridiculous.
