Round: Group Discussion
Experience: My experience was quite good. Being an Indian, I knew the problems faced in Kashmir (of course through newspapers) so I could follow the topic and could talk over this.
Tips: Read newspaper so you will be aware of the issues going around in the globe and the GD topics are generally the current affairs. Do not try to dominate in the discussion, try to involve other people in the discussion too. Try to reach the conclusion towards the end of the discussion. Try to make the points which people will follow.
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: I applied for this company because it is a social enterprise and I was always inclined towards such work, so the questions asked were quite simple for me. I could interact with interviewer very well that boosted up my confidence.
Tips: Do not blabber things. Highlight your qualities in "Tell us about yourself". Be confident. Try to communicate with the interviewer as if he is your friend ( but of course be professional).

General Tips: As I said earlier, "Do not be a part of this rat race, follow your passion". If you are not happy with the job profile then do not apply for that job. And if you are enthusiastic and passionate enough the you will definitely get selected.

Funny Moments: I was so much enthusiastic and excited about the interview since it was my first interview that the interviewers could actually see my excitement. After my selection they called me up to have a talk with them and I started talking to them as if I knew them from years.
