Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please be sure that your technical background and overall experience is comprehended well by the hiring agency. Most of the times, the hiring is outsourced to third agencies, that may lack the abilities to understand your niche backgrounds and expertise.

In my case, the hiring agency appointed by EdelGive Foundation, miserably failed to comprehend my technical background and evaluate my overall work experience. Upon joining the organization, I discovered that my experience was regarded as less than it actually was, resulting in a designation that was lower than my level of experience.

It is also very important to get a reference from your previous organisation before entering the EdelGive Foundation. What works more and what works best, if the reference you carry than your experience and expertise.
