Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Had recently given interview, they had 3 rounds.
One is F2F interview, they asked questions about your subject only, which was excellent.
2nd is meeting with Director, he asked which subject I can taught.
3rd round is presentation which you have prepared (they record the demo lecture).


After few days when I asked from HR what was the result she said U r not shortlisted, on asking what was the reason she said u were rejected in Director round.

If I was being get rejected in Director round then why did thy continue with 3rd round??
And Director asked general questions like from where do I come ?
Will you be able to teach these subjects.

I think they had to be more clarify with their vision.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't join this college. This will suck your life. They will call you for irrelevant work. They will just pretend that they are transparent but they are not. They will involve you in illogical work. Sometime they might ask you to stand on the sports ground entire afternoon vigilating students.
Nothing is planned. They just claim to be 32 year old institute but nothing is streamline. Its very bureaucratic system. For every small small thing you will be asked to take permission from director or dean. Too much centralized system.
If you want to grow here, you will have to keep your family, growth aside and close your eyes and ears and follow the management decision. Everyone is puppet here.
