General Tips: The Board of Directors of CWC headed by their MD took my interview at their Corporate Head Quarter at New Delhi. I was amongst the 4 probable candidates. We discussed about the various pros and cons of current day corporate management etc. That asked me about my contributions in the field of Procurement of raw materials and their logistic planning, which was my earlier field of operation. As I have been made head of HR/Administration etc. later, they also asked me about how do I handle the IR issues in a labour oriented Paper manufacturing company like ours and manoeuvre the Administration and how do I address the Statutory bodies like ministry of Labour, EPFO, State Administration etc.
