Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The entire interview process is weird. I am pretty sure that they will have a major fallout if they do not fix it soon.
Starting with their LinkedIn handling- they post numerous job roles but eventually, when you apply, they end up giving you two options only - VA & Account manager. There is no way a recruiter can be contacted pertaining to this confusion

Even if you trust the process and get through the first 2 rounds, you will have people like Vicky - who are college dropouts, mostly been a customer service agent in his life but now handling hiring for people of 2+, 4+ even 8 or 10+ years of experience. Someone who has no knowledge of various domains and departments asks you questions which I am not even sure he understands the depth of. Like seriously, with him it is supposed to be the final round? You all got to fix this.

I am not saying all this because I lost the chance to get in but I would really not trust someone who uses "Did" with "second form you verb". Come on! Hire some experts!

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interviewer already knows if a person is to be selected after f2f round. But in my case interview went smooth the interviewer said hr will share the feedback. Three days passed then i called texted hr didn't respond a day later hr responded she didn't receive any feedback yet. if i get selected then they will call. I am not understanding why they taking so long to share the feedback. Very unprofessional simply sharing feedback would help the interviewee to decide whether he should go for some other company.
