Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Very very worst bond conditons . So I quit the offer and later I got better offer with a good company.

Basically first 4 month is training period and you will get stipend as 10000.

Later you need to attend client interview and need to clear this time your salary will be around 20k to 23k. But the issue is only 13k is fixed others are variable pay and performance pay.
Job location will be anywhere in south India. And you may need to change your job location during bond period.

If you try to break the bond you need to pay 3 time of your annual CTC and the salary you got from the company from the date of joining to your last day salary. This is really worst.

For example if your annual CTC is 2.5 Lakhs. If you try to break the bond(means you want to leave this company) you have to pay 7.5 lakhs + 18% GST and also the salary what you Got to that date.

There are few more conditions I forgot. But they won't tell this during interview. They will say only few conditions.

You have to submit all your marksheets and some other original certificates they will return those only after bond period ends. If you quit before bond ends you need pay the amount what I mentioned in the above then only they gave your certificates.

Basically it not seems like company. It seems like just man power consultancy. So reject the offer. Don't join here and spoil your time and career.
