Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - So unprofessional behaviour from the department. After long hours when I asked for my final round they said we'll inform or update you and you may leave now... I was shocked and move away. On the next day when I asked them for the status of my interview they said sorry your height is short or not eligible for this company...can you believe this...after having telephonic round and f2f interview (2 rounds) they gave me this illogical excuse. They wasted my time and cab money (₹900, one way) both and also hurt my sentiments. This is so absurd and total harrassment. DON'T TRY THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CAREER AND FUTURE.. I SAW THEIR STAFFS ALL ARE EGOISTIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS AND YES THAT POINT THE GIRLS WERE SHORT HEIGHTENED.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
