Nothing, they hire us and fire without giving specific reason, all the interns got fired and it is there in the team as well, you have to call more than 300+ clients and dont give the time to go to washroom, when you will ask they will say do it in you pants but not stand up from your seat, they will not give you ince'tive and if you ask for the same you will get fire, no training sessions are here. Everything is bad here, all management is playing politics, this is the black listed company. They will ask you to give 5 star forcefully. That's why ratings are so high. Salary are not on time everytime they will deduct 30% from salary,
