Nothing, they hire us and fire without giving specific reason, all the interns got fired and it is there in the team as well, you have to call more than 300+ clients and dont give the time to go to washroom, when you will ask they will say do it in you pants but not stand up from your seat, they will not give you ince'tive and if you ask for the same you will get fire, no training sessions are here. Everything is fake here

...ny. They will ask you to give 5 star forcefully. That's why ratings are so high. Salary are not on time everytime they will deduct 30% from salary,

Nothing. It' s all a game plan of Geetanjali homestate owner. Created two different companies, to make fool of investors and employees because everyone knows Geetanjali homestate's reality in Delhi NCR market.

...al. Very bad environment, they expect you to do slavery without asking anything. And the day you ask for incentives or delay in salary, you will humiliated and thrown out. Employees are forced to give positive reviews, hence the ratings are so high. They will ruin your career and maximum people don't speak out because of same. HR department sends you fake legal notices if you try to raise your voice.

The team is very supportive and it’s a great place to work as they never step back when it comes to teaching and training. It’s the only company in real estate where you can actually learn from scratch and grow in your real estate journey

Training phase is best phase in the company. Mostly team leaders are supporting in nature. We get chance to utilise our potential.

Dislikes

The worst part in the company I dislike is, all time we've to be accountable for each and everything, we're treated as student. Our seating plan is to be schedule by either HR or receptionist which makes us feel inferior. Being a responsible candidate working as an employee doesn't make us feel comfortable in such environment. This is the only thing I want to be change in company because mostly are responsible towards their work and they are appraised by HR each week then why to interrupt all time. It definitely decreases our confidence to do work.
