HR Department

- People's at there HR department are telecaller at the past and don't have any HR understandings.
- If you want salary slips, make it yourself because their slips don't have any authentication, it's just a printed data of excel with your salary digits.
- PF: Don't even ask them to deduct PF in this company because yes they have PF deductions only if you ask for but if you say so, Congrats! Your EPF & UAN account will be filled with full of wrong information.


Management

- They will surely have friendly environment! Why not! Because every management guy is their own relatives of friends and you will never get an edge against them!
- Team leaders are just data entry people who claims that they actually purchased fake degree in secret team discussions.

Experience

- You will feel amazing at the beginning, everyone will motivate you & give you a lollipop that if you'll be loyal to them then within 2 years you'll be earning in lakhs.
- When you'll get your data of work, it won't be stable, every month they somehow remember to shuffle or recharge your data so that your initial working stucks.
- Profiling & Synopsis is the initial work you'll be doing here if non voice process, and whenever you're done with them! Congrats! Your data will be reshuffled again!
- They will give you new data, and fool you as it is an opportunity for you and force you to first complete the initial work then when it comes to the main work, they'll stop you and ask you to bring results without even attempting!

Note

- Within your training period and without training you will be getting performance improvement plan.
- Lots of partiality and bisedness with data distribution and ask you for the same results.
- Whenever you see that they are offering something or trying to motivate you, remember there must be something scary coming!

Time of assessment: 10:00 am. You would recieve the Wipro Boarding Pass a day prior to the assessment after which you need to do a password reset. The Amcat platform was very user friendly. The coding ide was also lag-free.
