2. Just dont answer the interviwer's question but simultaneously use your body language too to show the positive behavior coz sometimes proper behaviour/attitude will work instead of correct ans.
3. Interviewer will always see you as a candidate but you have see yourself as one of the employee of the organisation and while giving ans to any case studies think like you are running this business and what will you do in such case, you will be more confident and informative in this way.
4. Give your best and never give up and just smile before and after interview.

- Ans. Basically here they wanted to know if you would be flexible enough to work on Christmas day. The reason because December happens to be a crucial month for year end and the workload is overwhelming. So the crux of the question is you only get one day leave for Christmas I.e Christmas day else you are asked to work. It may happen that your leaves are not approved at all the rest of the days depending on the situation. Ha
