Experience: I have got a reply from this company saying that I have been shortlisted on the basis of my resume and they would like to conduct an interview with me. they had set up a date and called me in.
Tips: your resume and cv are the primary self of you in front of the interviewers.
Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: As this company was an accounting firm, therefore they had to know that I have knowledge of accounting. each question was answered by me effectively. they were reading my resume along with taking my interview. they were asking me to explain anything from the resume. the interviewers were very much friendly. one person was the HR and the another one was Marketing Head under whom I had to work. HR was questioning about my availability, salary and the marketing head about the skills, job description.
Tips: you have to be confident while telling what you know and have to be proactive which should make them feel that you are willing to learn new things.
