I'm ambivalent about LTIMindtree. On the one hand, I'm disappointed by the lack of hikes and promotions, as well as the limited care for employees. The forced office work and strict hours are also a pain. But on the other hand, I appreciate the potential for a good work-life balance, depending on the project.😅
