As a Technology Analyst at Infosys, I have to say that the compensation is not up to market standards, even for high-quality and timely work. The lack of flexibility in the Work From Office policy is frustrating as well. However, on a positive note, my investments in Infosys stocks have been paying off.

I have completed my interview and HR by 7th June, all documentation, salary negotiation and location was also discussed, but didn't receive any offer letter yet. In portal it is showing Review in Progress. can someone help how much time it takes ?
