I want to ask... In your organisation, who are the people who actually make more than a crore (in cash, ESOP not included). I am trying to validate the stuff I hear from my friends that every other guy in startups is making butt loads of monies and I look around and find even getting a 30-40+ Lacs job is demanding and not flying by the minute.

Life feels like Slow death! Ever since COVID, I have been unable to do anything solid other than a failed freelance career. My confidence is at an all time low, and I am addicted to ridiculous games and junk food. I have bouts of motivation in between to get my shit together, but usually I am too anxious to take action. Before COVID I was happily working 10 hours a day in a startup and had all the motivation in the world. I am 23 now, and not sure how to pick myself up from here. Tried all sorts of therapy— any advice?

On asking for feedback the recruiter told me “the person who screened assignments didn’t like your work much”. But in the case of my father's bussiness that is in this we supply pastries to the bakeries and distributes . And here actual problem comes we didn't able to maintain same pricing as ingredients cost increase continuously as inflation is increasing continuously. Wedding registry start-ups offer couples a platform to create personalized lists for gifts, experiences, and cash funds. Guests can choose whatever they want to gift the couple from those lists. Why is there no such platform here?

I’ve been working at this startup for more than 2 years now, poured my heart into it, but due to career growth decisions I had to leave it. 📈 Now I feel so burnt out that I have done less than 6 hours of coding in last 1 week. Search for the word “hiring” along with your target job title 3. After searching, filter by “Posts” 4. Next, use the “Company” filter and add all of your target companies Boom! So, I've done a few pitch decks by now, and here's a basic process I follow - 1. Make a draft of my pitch focusing on potential and market disruption. Then explain my thoughts in as few words as possible. 2. Hand-draw stuff to better explain what I want to say. Took this idea from @Dropbox which used stick figures for the purpose. 3. Then, turn it into 8-10 slides with good infographics/graphs/data charts. Please give me advice/tips/tricks in this regard, if you have any. Thanks.
