Nothing, Worst work culture I have ever seen in my entire career.

Worst work management, no transparency in work, There will be no person life left after joining, They don’t care about employee well-being, Un realistic timelines, They will say that they are very flexible and chill, but they are not, they will micromanage everything, You have to be available to them 24x7 no personal life no weekends no leave policy.

I like the work culture . Because it not as per other companies dos .. work hard party hard .

Work-life balance, but in as per market standards this is how the works goes. We can not expect as IT Working like time to time working.

Zyeta has excellent work culture and works very systematically following the standard procedure to provide best services to clients. It's an awesome opportunity for young aspirer in terms of knowledge growth and gaining excellent industry experience.

Project team may have to travel within country for projects and that may be difficult for an individual who wants to have stability

Unfortunately I have left Zyeta march 18th since I was serving notice period. The company I was suppose to join Cherryhill not taken onboard. But in Zyeta they have not even terminated single person or single Rs salary reduction. It's great that supporting all employees in this critical time.

Dislikes

Project management top management changed. Not comfortable to work under new management.
