...ity. No HR regulations, as your seniors can eat your job anytime when they want. Offers good package at time of joining but later on there is no growth opportunity once you join the organisation. No personnel development programme organised by the company. But provide basic training at the time of new joining. Your job is always uncertain if you are failed to fulfill company's expectations just for 1 or 2 months specially in sales profile. No motivation or rewards for performers. Rewards which company anounce are totally unachievable or not feasible.

Salary structure is good but corporate politics and also Norms of the company are not satisfactory. Work life balance hampered too much and colleagues like senior manager's misbehavior are not tolerable.

The Salary,Perks & Allowances were never lucrative and not at all promising or rewarding for Sales& Marketing field force.
