... There is salary imbalance as well as designation imbalance in the organization. For example, employees having higher qualification (Masters) higher experience having less salary package lower designation compared to employee having lower qualification (Bachelors) and started the carrier as fresher in the organization. This type of examples dissatisfies and discourage the employee.

...ulture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

Forcing for extra working hours daily . . And if we deny to extra work hour shouting and harrassing.Managers don't understand employees feeljng . don't behave visely

3 year bond period, Shift timing is NLT 8 hours, Lunch and Dinner is worst, Infrastructure is not well as per GMP and USFDA requirement, Bus routes is also not found satisfactory due to predefined routes are not easy for employees to reach at bus stop and time consuming routes due to traffic system (Zydus Lifscience Ltd Matoda SEZ 01).
