Company offers good package. Gives bonus every year which is part of package.

...ity. No HR regulations, as your seniors can eat your job anytime when they want. Offers good package at time of joining but later on there is no growth opportunity once you join the organisation. No personnel development programme organised by the company. But provide basic training at the time of new joining. Your job is always uncertain if you are failed to fulfill company's expectations just for 1 or 2 months specially in sales profile. No motivation or rewards for performers. Rewards which company anounce are totally unachievable or not feasible.

Poor health care service policy, a mediocre general insurance policy cater to all employees no options for including parents on our own expenses

Employee engagement, team work, very very nice and knowledgeable mentor / reporting manager, your opinion is considered

Dislikes

No employee welfare activities, poor work life balance, unfair policies for compensation, alternate Saturday off, very poor ERP system at that time

At Company level everything is very good, ontime salary, company policy etc....

Dislikes

Managers are making very poisonous situation for people working very hard. They don't know how to get work from people they only threatened our piece of mind and job security. Please hire capable people for responsible position.

Zydus has good Reputation and name in Market well known pharma company whichbia present in almost all segments.

Dislikes

Culture of company has changed drastically. Company was caring for employee. Now the salary and benifits are cut down to almost null. If employee has any issues there is no concerned person to reach out.
