Working hours are too much- Can expect minimum of 11-12 hours on a regular basis, Pay and growth is not too much in the long run, promotions are all politics dependant and usually can expect in a minimum of 2.5 years

Good company to start your carrier but later on learning rate with slow down. Good pay with decent pay and non cash benefits as well.

Learning opportunities will slow down. you will be more into managerial role.

Salary not as per industry standards. Even the hikes are average. They are not giving any domestic transfers. Post a certain period of time, there is no learning.

Terrible worklife balance derailing your mental and physical health. Lack of appreciation and unrealistic expectations. No opportunities for on-site, domestic travel. Declining perks and employee wellbeing.

Great culture, good job security and good pay relative to the market

Work is not good for all the teams and depends on the team you are allocated a lot. Work life balance is also not good for roles up the lader and also depends on your team
