Salary and promotions are not justified. If someone works day and night they may not get promoted while non deserving people get promoted even though they don't add much value

Very poor work life balance. Weekend working is very normal and there is no compensation for working extra hours and leadership proudly promotes this type of culture with company. Too much internal politics.

Staffing is pathetic. Resource allocation is pathetic. No documentation is proper. And migration projects is done by people who don't have any idea. People dont have common sense and pathetic in their staffing and expectations.
