No work life balance. Starting working from 10 AM, 10 PM is the least when you can think of leaving the office

Pay is less compared to the amount of effort required to work here. Almost all employees suffer from Mental/physical issues due to work pressure. People centricity is zero, Job stability is not guaranteed. You are not useful to the organization if you perform less than the expectation your past performance has set. The firm is not very process oriented yet. Very Adhoc style of working leads to extremely poor work-life balance. Startup-like culture, and professionalism not in proportion to the size and company's age. HR policies are malicious, causing employee defamation in certain cases.
