Working hours are too much- Can expect minimum of 11-12 hours on a regular basis, Pay and growth is not too much in the long run, promotions are all politics dependant and usually can expect in a minimum of 2.5 years

...h great number of clients and teams. Travel and exit opportunities are great. Compensation is good when compared to healthcare consulting.

...ve so good work life balance while some have so, one needs to be very selective. Compensation is good but now perks are not so great as compared to earlier like traveling opportunities, cab facility, meal coupons etc

Just the pay and office culture to some extent

Upper management is terrible and people tend to micromanage you a lot. Project staffing isn’t sensible and high pressure is put on starting level associates to complete deliverables. No push back from upper management to on shore team or the client and poor project management in several projects that leads to excessive work hours and stress at work. One’s mental health has no values here

Compensation is good. Also, it is one of the few consulting companies that hires freshers from tier 2 & 3 engineering colleges. It is a good place to get your consulting career started.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is very poor. Although it has 2 different verticals of Business Consulting and Business Operations, the work is often interchangeable. So, you might do operations work on their proprietary software as a Decision Analytics Associate, or you could be working on Python & R as a Business Operations Associate. This doesn't make sense to me. The work actually given to you should match the Job Description.

Great culture with excellent salary. People around you care and make sure that everyone is witnessing growth. Provides multiple learning opportunities. One of the best starting points for a working professional
