Compensation and benefits is above the industry standard. The work culture is what everyone look forward to. There is nominal or no office politics that I have seen. Great people to work with and great leadership in terms of guidance and support. Career growth opportunities are immense. You can get client handling and stakeholder management experience within 1 year of you professional life. ZS cares for its employees during any tough phases and people also come back to ZS after taking breaks

The work life balance can be a little better. Resource management can also be a little better

Working hours are too much- Can expect minimum of 11-12 hours on a regular basis, Pay and growth is not too much in the long run, promotions are all politics dependant and usually can expect in a minimum of 2.5 years

...h great number of clients and teams. Travel and exit opportunities are great. Compensation is good when compared to healthcare consulting.

...ve so good work life balance while some have so, one needs to be very selective. Compensation is good but now perks are not so great as compared to earlier like traveling opportunities, cab facility, meal coupons etc

Upper management is terrible and people tend to micromanage you a lot. Project staffing isn’t sensible and high pressure is put on starting level associates to complete deliverables. No push back from upper management to on shore team or the client and poor project management in several projects that leads to excessive work hours and stress at work. One’s mental health has no values here
