No hike, no employee benefits, no allowance for wfh, pathetic management, they don't care about the employees health and personal life, management will never agree when they are wrong, there was no PF policy till May 2021.

Everyone is thrilled to hear service like self driving services. But the backend work is quite exhaustive. Teammates are good till you're good to them. Else you will be torched in best possible way. Lift their hands up, when you get trouble.

- Endless duty hours. - Pay is not as the efforts they take. - Daily Police & Court room drama happens. - No Leave on holidays. - No Weekly off on Sundays Not recommended

...ly, management are well supported during my tenure, always care about employees.In term of pay and employee benefits zoom car in top place in my list. During the lock down company is not postion to generate the revenue but they was pay cut to and they have deducted single penny to employees and management was caring the employee family those are unfortunately lost there life during the pandemic.

Very good work experience in this company and very helpful staff and they give good salary hike and bunus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow and for new amendment no proper training.

Worst politics happening in delhi right now they only listen to old employees weather who's right at the moment, illiterate chaps are sitting on top and hardworking people get nothing except getting their salaries on hold and getting trapped in their politics. Seriously hate delhi management, it really needs help or else everything will be gone from their hands.
