Worst politics happening in delhi right now they only listen to old employees weather who's right at the moment, illiterate chaps are sitting on top and hardworking people get nothing except getting their salaries on hold and getting trapped in their politics. Seriously hate delhi management, it really needs help or else everything will be gone from their hands.

Zoomcar senior not believe our employees and company not permot ground staff by employee performance and groundstaff's job always danger zone if any mistake company's1 senior fire the employees and company always change the rules for employees and all employees salery partcirty by senior management etc.

Everyone is thrilled to hear service like self driving services. But the backend work is quite exhaustive. Teammates are good till you're good to them. Else you will be torched in best possible way. Lift their hands up, when you get trouble.

Dislikes

- Endless duty hours. - Pay is not as the efforts they take. - Daily Police & Court room drama happens. - No Leave on holidays. - No Weekly off on Sundays Not recommended

Overall my all team is very good but there is no job security no career growth salary & Appraisal all executive are working on IC contract in this contract no Provide fund no esi work load and salary is not perfect match . Not satisfied with this job. Waest of time

...ly, management are well supported during my tenure, always care about employees.In term of pay and employee benefits zoom car in top place in my list. During the lock down company is not postion to generate the revenue but they was pay cut to and they have deducted single penny to employees and management was caring the employee family those are unfortunately lost there life during the pandemic.
