This company is good but company management are not good, company see staff like a bandwhaa mazudur.

Because my company senior like team leader and other senior are not helping us other wise you will be make a mistake, my senior say only one things this is your resignation letter sing and go. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hour straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.

Very bad I,m working 4 years and my TL all time torcher me and I'm given perform our work but tl not happy because company provide me all access for like TL work so my TL not happy for this kyonki unko ye lagta tha ki agar ladke kaam Sikh gaye to mera kya hoga mujhse half Power chhin Li jayegi and ATL hone ke baad bhi TL kisi ko bnne se rokna ye hamare TL ki pahile parampara thi all time he saying me that I,will send email to HR for your termination and one day my e-mail I'd is closed without any information I,m saying what happened but my TL and Senior manager left me the all whatsapp group without any notice so that's why I have send region to HR...Read More
