...t 2 years no increment. Leadership got no clue about the project and how to run. So call leads are good for nothing only taking higher salary without any technical knowledge in technical process. Manager is always busy is fawning and least helpful to the team members.

Pathetic and poor management. No job security. If you have issues and no highlight the same to management you are closing the doors for promotion. Senior were not aware of how to run the project. They loose a big client Microsoft due to lack of knowledge.

Zero star option is not there . They treat employees like a prisoner. They will mention good package in offer letter only but they won't give that much salary. No response from team. One of the worst company which I worked in my career.
