...sanity and dignity! My experience with Zomato has been an absolute nightmare: 1. They lure you in with promises of a ₹1280 joining bonus, only to leave you high and dry with no explanation. 2. They dangle the carrot of a branded t-shirt and delivery bag, but good luck getting those without raising a fuss. 3. The app itself is a disaster—customer addresses disappear into thin air, leaving you to navigate blindly through Zomato's maze of incompetence. 4. Need help? Forget about it! Their so-called "live support" is a joke, offering nothing but empty directives to contact a mysterious team leader who might as well be a figment of their imagination. 5. And don't even get me started on payment issues! After busting my *** all week, they have the audacity to shortchange me on offers and conveniently vanish when I try to get answers. Save yourself the headache and avoid Zomato like the plague!

Current TL is very good and supportive. Tries to meet everyone's need, as far as possible.

Dislikes

Salary deduction for no valid reason. Promised a certain experience while joining then changed after a month. Doesn't practice what they preach. Nothing new to learn. No special benefits for employees, like other companies offer good benefits. But zero appreciation and care for employees by higher team. All employees share the same experience I can confirm.

For me job timings we can go online whenever we wants so that's good for me

Dislikes

Salary is below average not good as I aspected.we work very hard as labour on field and Zomato not provide atleast average salary 3km payout only 30 to 35 rupees atleast he gave us 50 to 60.. that's my thoughts on it

I was hired through third party pay roll company name was Startek so less salary not getting salary hike promotion and work balance as well TL managers all were in same page that how to harass a agent Atlas Off you are forced to think that you leave everything and go to the Himalayas, otherwise you will go into depression. You have to take medicines for mental pressure

I am working as a senior executive role. Personally i have too much work hard for company when it was the lunch period. I have 6 city lunch and all are successfully running now a days. The most worst city Bihar( Patna) which was no one resolve the city that but my manager Rahul singh and i doing work hard for maximum login and on a time it was 350+ login. But there is lots of bad politics which was i suffer very badly.
