Internal movement is easy and was quoted as a benefit of joining the organisation, although I am not sure why someone would want to stay at Zomato.

...pathy. Any feedback or concerns are not worked upon by HR or senior leadership. The HR intervenes only to reduce the ratings of employees and consequently their compensation. The HR is completely disconnected with business and has no value add in hiring or performance management. Tech engines are really bad and lead to business losses that are made up for by defrauding the merchants.

...f 23-30. Its a huge brand and hence most people are still here for the brand. Pay grade is above average.

Poor opportunities for growth. A few examples wherein their decision can be proved wrong. Work Life balance goes for a toss. Its also because of the nature of the business. Maturity not present in senior management.

Poor work life balance for employees, poorly planned implementation of ideas without thinking of it’s negative outcomes, very aggressive in terms of deadlines and needs always multitasking, wide range of KPIs and many other performance parameters.

Well I am an Ex Zoman now. Everything about Zomato is FANTASTIC. Be it Work Culture, Salary, Work Life Balance etc. I really don't know how Zomato is supporting its employees during COVID but I read an article that says Zomato has asked 13% of it's employees to leave during COVID.

Like I mentioned before, My overall experience of working at Zomato is GREAT. The only thing or person who ruined it was my Reporting Manager. He was Biased and believed in Favouritism. I don't know how he became a Team Manager.

The company is completely focused to make the lives of BAs a living hell. As per them, we have to be available 24x7, and the same has been communicated by the leaders in the market as well personally. So, you are not allowed to have a personal life.
