Concerns Regarding Work Environment at Zolo Stays I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my experience working at Zolo Stays. Initially, I was very excited to join the team and contribute to the company's growth. However, as I began my tenure, I became aware of several issues that have significantly impacted my overall experience and have ultimately led to my decision to leave. During my time here, I observed prevalent company politics and groupism, primarily orchestrated by higher authorities such as Mr. Nitin, Mr. Golesh, and their favored team leaders. Specifically, Mr. Khadir Majde and Mrs. Rajeshwari Battul received undue support despite numerous complaints and reports of harassment against them from various employees. This favoritism created a hostile work environment for those who did not align with their group. The situation was somewhat manageable while Mr. Abbas Ussnar was with the company, as he made considerable efforts to maintain a balanced and fair working environment. However, following his resignation, the atmosphere deteriorated further. The environment became increasingly hostile, and harassment became more frequent and overt. Mr. Clyde Paul, who later assumed the role of reporting manager, also faced significant harassment when he attempted to address and rectify these issues. Both Mr. Abbas and Mr. Clyde demonstrated positive attitudes and genuine efforts to improve the work environment, yet their initiatives were met with resistance and undue pressure. The persistent negative atmosphere and the lack of support for creating a fair and respectful workplace have made it untenable for me to continue my employment at Zolo Stays. It is my hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that measures will be put in place to address these issues for the benefit of current and future employees

Company is good. But senior employees also put their work on the hands of employees below them. Which will not be told to you at the time of joining the job. It is a 24 hour job. If there is any problem with the customer then it is up to you to understand. If the police comes, go to the police station yourself. No senior employee will even come to ask. There is nothing in the name of growth. 5to6 Working in the same position since. If asked for salary increment, leave the job but you will not get the increment. As long as you understand the people of a PG, you will be able to build your relationship. By then the plan to send you to another place would be ready. The post for which you have been hired will not allow any buildup. You will become an Associate Customer Experience Manager in name only. Noida is very bad condition . Job politics in the top level.

There is literally nothing good to say about this company. They will show you moons and stars but won't even appreciate you. The complete business is run by families or so called families. Only the one who likes to l¡ck their bosses are seen to be appreciated. Zero work life balance. No growth or development. If you are someone who is just looking to make cold calls and have no life outside office, feel free to join!
