This is my first job. I learn there more then enough, salary wow in the end of the month it's Mandate if the world goes to blast but you will definitely got your salary on your account, excellent if you want to make money that's the right place without capping you can earn, learn, i learn new lessons in our life, what is organization, how we can do something new wht's the job roll, who i'm how i improve my self. Really i feel proud to be a Paisabazaar employee.

..., but sale is a smart work even not .... Lallaaalalaalal. .. Idle lazy work. . so if any one force me to sale, shouting on me to give sale business, i'll give the business 100% bcozz it's my job i'm getting salary, but. if i do Smartly and positively then i'll give the business with 200% of increases. ... In the simple word, shouting is not the solutions we are not selling a fish, vegetable, If we are professionals so behave like a professional. Must try to know how can we get improvement, what's the challenges we are facing what's the solutions, time to time sessions. Satisfaction of the job roll must our product.

I learn too many things at this company, I learn that how to talk with customer and convince them for the product but if I talk about appraisal its not to good its only 6% to 7% increment which is very low according to gurgaon location

Work timing issues are there increment is very low that is only 6 or 7 percent salary is not suitable according to the location

i am working in paisa bazaar 1 year and i would be like salary & benefits learning or manager are also good these are also supporting me

there is time issue and we are not take our leaves any time also team leader is not good every time team leader is irritating

Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor

Too much pressure and also increases the office hours in the morning and evening both also employee doesn’t have a secure future there they can fired any time without a valid reason like the can LWP ATL and etc without any valid reasons
