Politics. I have seen many companies targeting newbies, but here its all about how good you are at flattering. Some names I would like to highlight as because of these people I had to leave the place. Nishi, Christine, both are very manipulative, un supportive people. Nishi might be a good person but she is not a good professional. She manipulates and targets unnecessarily. Please work on this else no one would end up being in your team. Saturdays working. At least come up with alternate Saturday's off. Just one day rest is not enough. people need min 2 days to gather the strength to work.
