Politics. I have seen many companies targeting newbies, but here its all about how good you are at flattering. Some names I would like to highlight as because of these people I had to leave the place. Nishi, Christine, both are very manipulative, un supportive people. Nishi might be a good person but she is not a good professional.She manipulates and targets unnecessarily. Please work on this else no one would end up being in your team. Saturdays working.
