...ch everything is atrocious. Only join if you are friends with senior management. Terrible salary with no benefits. Diwali bonus is Rs. 1000 Amazon gift card. We pay our maid more than that. When they need extra work done they say we are a family and after they get work done, there's no overtime nor do they adjust targets. Toxic work culture which will make you want to resign everyday or jump from the roof.

I would like to start off with the salary, which is below industry standards. Your senior would expect you to work 24*7 as it is work from home. Learning is zero, most of the employees don't even know proper English, the CEO abuses the team heads, team heads abuse the employees, LITERALLY, learning is only basic excel copy paste. If resigning be very careful, they are looking for opportunities for not processing fnf in the name of adjustments. HRs are highly unprofessional, don't stick to their word, most of the employees are depressed and don't want to work. Don't join if you are fresher and should look for better opportunities if you are experienced

...ce sucks. They do not care, if you have any problem they do not relax anything. If you achieve target they increase it and if you not they will give backlog They also have not yet credited my salary, i worked for 21 days and they are saying you will not get it. Worst company ever!!

1. They do not care about employees, you have to work 12-14 hours daily to complete project. 2. If you not complete it then you they give you backlog and every individual in the company get backlogs and you have to complete it on Saturday and Sunday. 3. The target is un achievable they are saying 2 days, offs but you have to sit on those day every time
