Nothing is good about it, it pays less, demands u to work 24/7, company culture is archaic. It was my biggest mistake to join it. HR are pawns of managers and nvr sloves employees problem.

Literally everything. The entire hierarchy of management is insane. Will make u work 24/7 with no appreciation and good pay. Managers keep yelling at thr subordinate, they don't know how yo manage people. Human Rights Violation is prevalent across thr Ambattur plant.

No authority and powers for Plant staff. Have to beg chennai hq even for the smallest things. Worst management - will say you are fired from the day 1.Nightmare to work - no work life balance.

This is good company. Work wise ok. And most important one really canteen food supper ,and canteen amount is very affordable price manager and co workers all are move to friendly. Safety ok girls cab facility spr. Really still missed this company because vert comfort zone .

...nee. Any one miss use attendance if everyone punishment so this is I don't like. Neem to company trainee change time salary is not given this one o don't like
