Compensation is not determined based on delivery but based on experience. I would expect the leadership to be more optimistic and provide opportunities for growth and cross learning than doing the same job over and over. There is no real support or plan for development.

There is lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but Carter growth is very poor. Higher officers can't give opportunity for trainee employees.

...e in all aspects..wabco is a good platform for freshers to start their career... Descent salary and no work pressure.

There is no job security in Wabco..this is the drawback there. After the contract got over(2 yrs) they will send you out.
