If you want your family to come to roads, you can join. you will have to forgo your personal life. worst culture and unless if you are very close relatives/friends of the top management you will not survive. The industry things that its one of the best company. But many people have lost their career and life. If the HODs found that you are bright and talented, they will harass you and make you to quit.
