Company is really good to learn and grow. Working culture is good, supportive colleagues, well disciplined organization. Will get your salary on time.

No job security at all, if you join as trainee. Company will through you out after one year or maximum two years. If you have some strong references like political connections you can a be permanent staff there, your performances doesn't matter here.

WABCO is good company for all tread freshar in maintenance department. All teammates are Senior and the management is transparent and very helpful for all.

Thera is bond system I think it's good in one side and one side bad. Also salary is on time but career growth is very slow for Opretor.
