Good problem statement. Latest technology stack. Good compensation. Highly professional and quality employees, especially ones that were hired during Covid. Good facilities in the office.

Unclear problem-product fit. RTO and mandatory attendance policy. Unprofessional early-stage employees flexing their bloated titles and closeness to founders. Individual centric appraisal and no org/team level bonuses. Appraisal comes with one year bond. Changing notice periods. No transportation/allowance provided by company.

Great work culture and work life balance. It provides you with free breakfast and dinner and susbised rate for other food item. They have gym with a trainer which is very good. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133.
