There is complete politics going on in Zepto organization, first they will promote you in the name of excellence, then they will put you on the pipe of skill, no approach, no one will come for training, no one from upper level management will do it on the basis of manager feedback. promote yourself

6 days work from office (1 week off, equivalent to WFH) Continuous poking from management, this is pending, why this is not updated, get this completed in next 5 minutes No sense of time, need to be available 24*7 365 days, and the managers say this openly in meetings Incentive structure recently moved to monthly basis based on store performance, but not received any incentive since last three months. No visibility on store performance. Lots of local issues like donation, parking disputes etc. Most of the delivery boys are local goons, they do fighting in premises, company doesn't remove then even after complaints in the fear of strikes. Store manager has to live with the risk of life

No work life balance 5 days working for the name sake, 7 days working is there. The bosses are bootlickers of Management only. They dont have guts to say what is right and what is wrong. They will be offended if you dont work on Weekend. Work there only if you are not married. There are really no demarcation of roles and responsibility If 0 would have been option, work life balance would have been that only Company culture is pathetic as everyone is working to please founders rather than doing some real work CBO will message every friday evening on slack, that everyone should come up on Saturday to office as i am not able to bootlick founder alone, we will need some people for the same. They will not gauge you on work done on 5 days on weekdays, but will gauge you well if you are able to show up on Saturdays.
