My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Zensar is having good exposure in market and also having fortune 500 clients. Salary provided is good. Work life balance is also good.

The bench policy is not good at all. Only 2 to 3 month bench period is there after that we need to search other job.

Work Life Balance in project I was working on was really good. Joining Salary will be reached near to what candidate expectation. They push employees in Skill Development / Learning but no proper planning random tasks are listed and u have to pick few of them. Company culture 😅 - TTMM If any client visits happen we also payed for the client lunches from our pockets. No outings will be planned from company. Don't expect anything from company apart from work if you are in project.

No Perks/Benefits provided. Medi Policies are available but premiums are high. Don't expect any promotions / Appraisals. Job Security is there till ua in project and once you move to pool no one cares if you are alive or not.
