Good and supportive team members. Competitive pay with decent annual bonus.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR team and policies. HR manager doesn't even know how to formally talk to any employee. Screams and threaten junior employees for basic things like leaves. No transparency in finance and HR related activities. Policies and decisions are imposed on employees.

Not a place for technical persons to grow at all. You might end up working under non technical managers who would spoil you to an extent that you would become useless. Too much time kill on non productive endless meetings which accounted for more than 30 percent of your daily work timings. In short: Do less Talk more

Dislikes

- Worst company working culture I had ever worked - Lots of politics between internal groups, senior leadership is pathetic they try to blame/frame if something went wrong - No clear expectations defined with role - Work life balance is pathetic, you are expected to work 24 hrs - People who work in US they teat us like nothing. US people scheduled meeting in midnight and you have to be in the meetings and at the same time you should start working early in the morning IST time

If all you care about money then it's a fine company. People are not exactly unpleasant.

Too much political drama Managers would rather do work that "might" be liked by seniors rather than something that can actually deliver You can get stuck in projects where you might end up doing manual work alot without whole lot of data science For client exposure you will be sitting in calls but that's the end of it And they love to be on calls. 5 to 6 hours a day in calls for a working day of 8 hours is very normal Upskilling and idea propagation is seen as cumbersome and waste of time
