Compensation is decent but growth is slow. There is no on-job training for freshers hence seniors have to guide them step by step which is pain always.

They continuously do employee surveys and work on the results to enhance the employee experience. Job security is there. The company is open to innovation

Although the work - life balance is impressive while working here, the compensation is low when compared to similar other firms. The career growth opportunities are medium.
